The poetry book was followed recently by his first mystery Rugby novel, “When the Dream Becomes a Nightmare” based upon a real life experience when in 1968 he sailed a Newfoundland fishing schooner from Toronto into the Bahamas and nearly lost the lives of his crew during a storm. In the book, one of the crew members does die accidentally.
